It is very exciting to have our first client, that being the prestigious Melbourne University. In 2016 a pro-active team leader at Melbourne University was looking to offer some extra support her team in a cost effect and efficient way. After some research she found that an App could deliver many positive benefits and she came across C.O.P.E apps Office Worker Support. It had the tools to assist her team with alleviating the unwanted physical discomfort associated with working in front of a computer all day. C.O.P.E apps also addressed minimising the mental stress that could build up in a busy work environment. She liked what she saw and because she understood the benefits inherent in taking care of her team she went ahead with the process of getting the app to her team.
C.O.P.E Apps went through an exhaustive process of vetting by the Melbourne University OH&S team. All exercises were analysed for the possibility of causing an injury to the participants. Mediations were carefully scrutinised as were pro-actions, recommendations, the disclaimer and all other aspects of the app.
After a few minor changes we received the green light to implement the latest windows version of our app Office Worker Support. It was extraordinary for us to receive this type of thorough detailed scrutiny from one of Victoria’s biggest employers. An institution that needed to be 100% sure that they were purchasing a product that complied with their rigorous standards.
We are very proud to be working with this team at Melbourne University and we are currently in a feedback loop with the users taking on broad suggestions on how to continuously improve on the user experience. The companies we are now approaching have conveyed their admiration that we have Melbourne University as a client and have expressed a feeling of confidence in our product secure in the knowledge that our first client has exceptionally high standards and we are meeting them.
