Wellness Support App 2019: C.O.P.E. Apps makes mobile apps with tools to assist workers with their physical and mental health.
Our apps are based on research into the many benefits gained from participation in effective mental and physical relaxation exercises. They have been developed with the assistance of health professionals.
The exercises are simple, practical and most of all effective. You don’t need to change into any special attire and exercises can easily be performed at work or at home.
Exercises: There are 40 exercises to choose from. Choose a target area on the 3D animated figure and you will be given three choices of exercise. A stretch, a joint mobilization and a pressure point exercise.
Relaxation / Focus Meditations: We take the mumbo-jumbo out of meditation. We offer 3 different approaches to refocus and clear your mind before an important meeting or presentation, or to just de-stress.
Pro-Activities: These help to assist a healthy body and mind. Drinking a glass of water and moving from your desk to walk short distances regularly are two of the simplest most effective ways to boost your mood and productivity.
Analytics: Within the app you can set reminders for any of the exercises, set goals, and assess your progress with a progress report chart for all of the exercises.
A free trial is offered. Licences can be purchased for six months or 1 year, and are downloaded directly onto the user’s mobile device.
